How to Manage Your ShopNest Account
Your ShopNest dashboard is where you keep your account in order — profile details, shipping addresses, order history, wishlist, and security settings all live there. This guide points you to each.
Update your profile
Open the Profile section of your dashboard to edit your name and contact details. These details appear on your orders and invoices, so keep them current.
Manage addresses
In Addresses, save one or more shipping addresses. Saved addresses appear as options at checkout, so you don't re-type them each time. Add, edit, or remove addresses as your needs change.
Review orders and wishlist
- Orders shows your full order history with statuses and invoices.
- Wishlist lists products you've saved for later; move them into your cart when you're ready.
Security and sign-in
In Security, manage your sign-in and, on supported devices, enable or disable biometric re-login. Biometric login is optional and stored on your device.
Export or delete your data
If you want to take your data with you or remove your account, follow the data export and deletion guide. ShopNest gives you control over your data per its privacy policy.
