Create Your ShopNest Account

A ShopNest account links your cart, saves shipping addresses, records your order history, and unlocks the loyalty program and wishlist. You can browse and fill a cart without one, but you sign in to check out.

Ways to sign in​

ShopNest offers three sign-in methods, all backed by Firebase Authentication:

  • Google — one-tap sign-in with your Google account. On the web this uses a secure popup; on mobile it uses the native Google sign-in flow.
  • Apple — sign in with your Apple ID, available on supported platforms.
  • Email and password — create a classic account with your email address.

Whichever method you choose, you land as the same user, so you can return through any of them.

Set up your profile​

After your first sign-in, open your dashboard to complete your profile:

  1. Profile — your name and contact details, used on orders and invoices.
  2. Addresses — save one or more shipping addresses to speed up checkout.
  3. Security — manage your sign-in and, where available, enable biometric re-login.

Biometric re-login​

On devices that support it, ShopNest can re-authenticate you with a fingerprint or face scan instead of re-entering credentials. This is optional, stored securely on the device, and never replaces your underlying account — it's a convenience layer over it.

Frequently asked questions​

Do I need an account to browse?​

No. You can browse the catalog, search, compare products, and add items to your cart without signing in. An account is required only at checkout and to track orders.

Can I switch sign-in methods later?​

You sign in with the method tied to your account. If you created an account with email, continue using email; Google and Apple accounts likewise return through their providers.

Where is my data stored?​

Account and order data is stored in Firebase/Firestore. See the privacy page for what's collected and how to export or delete it.
